Westminster police say they have arrested an employee of the Pinnacle Charter School for sexual assault of a child. They say the suspect, 20 year old Mary Victoria Segura had a sexual encounter with a student on January 13, 2019 in the 4900 block of 93rd Avenue. This was not on the school grounds and police say it was not during school hours. Segura was arrested on the charge of Sexual Assault on a Child by one in a Position of Trust.
