Colorado Congresswoman Diana DeGette is introducing a bill that would make coronavirus testing free for most Americans. She's teaming up with Florida Congresswoman Donna Shalala on the effort. The measure brought forward yesterday would require health insurers to cover the full cost of the test under an addition to the Affordable Care Act. That includes anyone who has coverage through their employer or through an exchange.
