Big Steve likes Pin-Up Girls. Lots. He's been fascinated by this sometimes overlooked sub-section of our pop culture. Even if we're not aware of it, Pin-Ups and the scene that surrounds them have embedded themselves in our society and it's media. From the Gibson girls in the early years of the 20th century, to Bettie Page and her contemporaries in the 50s all the way through girls like Barbie Benton in the 70s straight on to modern ladies like Dita Von Teese, they are everywhere. To learn more about Pin-Ups, their history and the state of the art today, Big Steve did a whole show on the subject. Denver is lucky in that we have a perfect combination of models and photograhers. Some of the best, models Kristi Reineke and La La and visionary photographer Jim Narcy joined Steve LIVE in the studio for a three hour discussion of various aspects of the Pin-Up scene, particularly the sexy ones!
