If you have been diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome and would like to participate in an exercise and dietary modification study to measure the effects on Metabolic Syndrome, weight loss and other health measures, this study may be for you!
Do you have 25-45 pounds to lose?
Can you exercise for five sessions per week?
In this study, you will receive nutritional counseling, exercise instruction and a home Pilates reformer.
